Does Lactovaginal reduce the risk of catching an intimate infection during a stay at the thermal baths?
Does lactovaginal protect or reduce the risk of contracting an intimate infection when using the pool? I have been prone to infections for some time and I have been taking lactovaginal for 3 days because today I am going to the thermal baths and I wanted to know if the drug is effective and will help me not to catch any fungi and bacteria.

Lactovaginal can be used as a prophylaxis of intimate infections, but it does not guarantee that the infection will not occur, but only reduces its probability. I encourage you to use the drug, especially if you are prone to intimate infections. However, if an infection occurs, it is advisable to implement appropriate treatment as soon as possible.
