Pharmacists do not deal with the diagnosis of infections within the oral cavity. It could be "ordinary" canker sores, or it might as well be something else. In case of pain, analgesic and anti-inflammatory preparations in tablets or gels and lotions for topical use in the oral cavity and gums are available in pharmacies.
