Can I use Plaquenil instead of Arechin?

The doctor prescribed me instead of plaqunil arechin if I can use it, I have a recurrence of lupus

Arechin in its indications has, among others: "Different forms of lupus erythematosus, systemic form , chronic and discoid lupus erythematosus." Plaquenil is also used to treat lupus. However, these are not equivalents. The replacement of one with the other may be decided by the doctor. Arechin contains chloroquine phosphate, while Plaquenil - hydroxychloroquine.
