For 8 days I have been using Sinupret in the dose prescribed by the leakrza 3x2 niesety still the discharge is bothersome and flows down the throat. A friend advised me to stop it, include sinus inhalation with saline and start using cirrus at night. Please inform me if something like this will work?

Not knowing what ails you, whether you have other symptoms and how long they last, I am not able to say whether your friend's suggestions are adequate.
Sinupret is a drug used in sinusitis and its action is to thin the mucus, reduce the swelling of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, so finally, it fulfills its function and releases the remaining mucus. It is important for the patient to clean their nose regularly (e.g. nasal sea water preparations or ordinary isotonic salt, irrigation kits) and to ensure proper hydration of the body.

Nebulizations with isotonic salt will, m.in, moisturize your mucosa. Using hypertonic salt can help dry it out a bit if there is still a nasal congestion sensation. More information can be found in the description of this category: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/woda-morska
Cirrus duo is a product that contains cetirizine, which has an anti-allergic effect, and pseudoephedrine, which clears the nose and reduces mucus. The drug is intended for use in the feeling of nasal congestion, inflammation of the nasal mucosa (sneezing, runny nose, itching, allergy). If the goal is only to reduce the mucus that is formed, then topical nasal sprays may well suffice.
