Can I use expectorant drugs, e.g. ACC, Strepsils for cough, during Broncho-Vaxom treatment?

Good morning, I have a question. 8 days I take the immune drug Broncho-vaxom,and a little begins to break me down ( sore throat, affected sinuses and ears by a runny nose, spitting out purulent secretions). Can I take other medicines with this medicine, e.g. Strepsils cough (to get rid of secretions) or AAC? I'm afraid I might have some side effects. I will be grateful for your message.

You can use expectorant drugs, such as Strepsils for cough or ACC, during the treatment of Broncho-Vaxom. This will not affect its operation.
