Can Mucosolvan be used in pregnancy?

I am at 37 weeks the doctor prescribed me mucosolvan for inhalation. I used it for 3 days and only now I read that it is not recommended to use it during pregnancy. Could I have harmed the child, in what way?

The Summary of Product Characteristics of Mucosolvan states that "Animal studies do not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects with respect to pregnancy, embryonal/foetal development, parturition or postnatal development. Based on extensive clinical experience in pregnant women after the 28th week of pregnancy, its harmful effects on the health of the foetus have not been demonstrated. Nevertheless, the usual precautions should be taken when using the medicinal product in pregnant women." As you can see, a clinical trial was conducted confirming the safety of using ambroxol in pregnancy. When choosing a drug during pregnancy, the doctor is guided by the benefit-risk ratio of using a given substance and his knowledge and experience, please trust a specialist in the use of a given preparation.
