Could it be pregnancy if I have already had 4 menstrual periods?

Hello, the last intercourse took place 110 days ago during this time I had 4 periods, only that less painful and scanty than always, and yet for two cycles I appeared thick mucus and yellow vaginal discharge, and in addition my nipples are white at the ends and from one I have the impression that something comes out, I did a dozen or so tests at once 4 beta hcg at intervals of 2/3 weeks and each was 0.2 in addition, from time to time my stomach hurts Especially after eating, it can slightly enlarge. Could it be pregnancy?

If you are menstruating and the pregnancy tests are negative, it indicates that it cannot be pregnancy. If you have any health concerns about vaginal discharge or fluid coming out of the nipple, you should go to a gynecologist.
