In the Summary of Product Characteristics it can be found that in urinary tract infections Biseptol is usually used for 10-14 days. However, your doctor may, based on your own knowledge and experience, recommend the use of a medicine other than that usually recommended. In case of doubt or lack of improvement after 7 days of therapy, it is worth seeking medical advice again.
