What to do if you are allergic to most medications?

Good morning, I have a question about the use of drugs in an allergy to any additives (dyes, fillers, etc.). What to do if a person does not tolerate almost any drugs? Is there any alternative for people who are allergic to drug excipients?

In this case, it would be best to try to determine which specific ingredients the allergy occurs to - based on previously taken preparations after which an allergic reaction occurred and tests m.in for food intolerances. It is worth going to an allergist for help for this purpose. If it is possible to determine what ingredients cause allergic reactions, it will be possible to choose preparations that do not contain them.
