According to the available information, the use of Escitalopram, Naltrexon and Omeprazole at one time is not indicated due to the potential risk of cross-drug interactions. Omeprazole taken at the same time as Escitalopram may cause an increase in its concentration in the blood, which may contribute to the increase in the side effects of Escitalopram. Therefore, you should contact your doctor to adjust your therapy accordingly.
