Effaclar is a line of dermocosesets by La Roche-Posay designed for the care of oily skin prone to acne. Acne usually does not appear in children before the age of 10. The skin of an 8-year-old child may be too sensitive to cosmetics from this series and their use can lead to irritation and dryness of the skin.
