Can I use Deflagin and Fluomizin at the same time?

Good morning, I have been taking deflagin gel overnight for a week, now I have been prescribed fluomizin because I have infections. Can I take these medications overnight together? In the sense of deflagyn as the first and after 2 hours fluomizin?

There is no contraindication to the use of both preparations at the same time, however, it would be most beneficial to apply them at different times of the day, e.g. Deflagyn in the morning, Fluomizin in the evening - the gel can be a barrier between the drug and the mucous membrane, so a longer interval and hygienic activities between them are indicated.
