What to apply to oily skin and excess sebum?.

Hello again, I take metypred for a long time, what on tlusta cere and on excess sebum? on the back of the neck I have white chrosty little visible and as if tradzik but these are red rolls and not always pops up, lubricates Rozex cream I have, Aknemycin masc and Tetralysal tablets, what else can you attack sebum is something specific?
