Simtiver is a symptomatic drug - it will not cure the cause of dizziness. The dual mechanism of action resulting from the blocking of calcium channels (cinnarizine) and from the antihistamine effect (dimenhydrinate) turns out to be beneficial in the treatment of vestibular neuritis, vertebrobasilar insufficiency and mixed syndrome in peripheral disorders of the vestibular system. You should notice the first effects on the second day after the administration of the drug. Therapy should last at least 4 weeks, however, the doctor may determine the need to continue it.
