Is Concerta 27 mg available in Poland?

Good morning, is it possible to get the drug Concerta in Poland in a dose of 27mg? I choose the dosage and unfortunately it turns out that 18mg is too weak in action, 36 mg is already too strong. In other EU countries there are doses of 18, 27, 36, 54, but in Poland I see only 18 and 36? Unfortunately, I can not change the drug to Medikinet CR - it is from it that I switch to Concerta, due to the strongly perceptible moments of release of subsequent doses.

Concerta is currently only available in 2 doses of 18 mg and 36 mg. If, in the opinion of the doctor, the patient needs to use the drug in a dose not available in Poland, it is possible to import the drug from abroad in the target import procedure. The doctor must then issue a demand for the drug, which after confirmation by the provincial / national consultant goes to the Ministry of Health. After receiving permission to import the drug with the received documents, you should go to the pharmacy that imports the drug through the wholesaler. You can read more about the target import in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/import-docelowy-jak-sprowadzic-lek-z-zagranicy
