How long can the dark stool of the red beets last...
How long can the dark stool after the red beets persist. Yesterday I ate a lot of beets for lunch and dinner yesterday and this morning there was a dark table in the morning 9 and the second time at which 16 was stool. Yesterday morning there was another stool was normal.

The dark color of the stool may persist before another day or two. If after 2-3 days you also observe a dark coloration of the stool, you should observe your body and consult a doctor.
