Lamilept, Dutilox, Amisa and Reanorm are prescription medicines, if your doctor has been informed about all the preparations you are using, please follow the instructions given by him and report any alarming symptoms. A side effect of Amisan is a prolongation of the QT interval, resulting in a heart rhythm disturbance such as 'heart ballet'. Simultaneously taking it with Reanorm increases the risk of the described side effect. Ivabradine (the active substance In Reanorm) may increase the prolongation of the QT interval by reducing the heart rate. Caution should be exercised when combining drugs that carry a risk of arrhythmias.
