Hello, I'm trying to issue a prescription for Cannabis Flos S-LAB THC 18%, CBD ≤ 1%, but a message pops up: The raw material given does not exist in the register of pharmaceutical raw materials. Greetings and thank you in advance for your reply.

You can also issue a prescription through gabinet.gov

Most likely, this is due to the fact that the company that is the provider of the cabinet application has not updated the database of pharmaceutical raw materials. Please contact the Customer Service Office of the office application and report the problem. In some applications, it is possible to manually add raw material to the database. Please try this option.
