Can a doctor issue a need for a beauty salon?

Hello, I am a doctor, I am starting an employment contract in a cosmetology office. I will give there m.in botulinum toxin (only me) and I do not know how I can stock up. Since it is not a medical entity, I can not issue a demand? So what to do to buy a few pieces to have in stock? Best regards

Exactly, this is the most common model. It guarantees the possibility of issuing a demand for medicinal products, and at the same time the form of employment itself does not raise legal doubts.

Thank you for your reply. So I should report my individual medical practice in RPWDL, supply myself with the necessary medicines and work, for example, on a contract? Best regards

The demand for medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses or medical devices may be issued only by an entity performing a medical activity. The cosmetology office is not classified as the above, and thus it is not possible to issue a demand in this case. The only way to buy botulinum toxin in the described situation is to issue a doctor's prescription. For my part, I would like to add that in recent days the possibility of buying a botulinum toxin called Azzalure has returned. The availability of this medicine and possibly the reservation can be made by clicking on the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/8462/azzalure-iniekcja/apteki.
