Does my occupational physician have access to my medical records and medical history?

Good morning, I have a question about IKP. Does the occupational physician have access to medical records and medical history? Or only doctors who are authorized? Thanks in advance for your reply.

In order for other medical workers (specialist doctor - including occupational medicine doctor / nurse / midwife / pharmacist) to have access to the patient's account, you must give them such a permission in the system. Such authorisation may be granted for a limited period of time and scope of data. Without such rights, they do not have access to medicines prescribed by other doctors or clinics in which a given patient is treated. The medical records of a given patient are also inspected by other persons authorized by him, e.g. family, statutory representative. In addition to these persons, access to medical records is also granted to m.in: public authorities, the National Health Fund, courts and prosecutors, pension and disability authorities. Thank you very much for your reply. Best regards

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
