If you are sure that you did not take the tablet the day before, you can take the medicine with a delay, but if you are not sure and it could be that you took the tablet, it is better to skip this dose of the drug. According to the leaflet of the drug, in order to ensure adequate absorption of Ostenil, it should be used half an hour before the first meal, drink or other medicines, washed down with a full glass of boiled water.
