Is it possible to use Fusacid H for a swollen lesion on the skin after a splinter?

Hi I have a swollen finger - the wound before was there a splinter. There was a wound left after pulling out. The doctor prescribed me fusacid H. In the leaflet writes do not apply to wounds. What should I do?

There are no absolute contraindications to the use of Fusacid H for minor hard-to-heal and purulent wounds. According to the manufacturer: "Avoid contact of the medicinal product with open wounds and mucous membranes and prolonged use on the skin of the face. " Short-term use of the drug for minor injuries therefore seems to be appropriate. Please use the medicine exactly as your doctor has told you.
