How to proceed in case of a new skin lesion?

My leg got itchy, I scratched and after a while I noticed something like this. What can it be? Is it usually irritation eg after shaving? Can it be from some plant, eg Sosnowski hogweed because I was on Sunday in the meadow and in the forest? Does this have any effect on the contraceptive implant?

The photos you sent look rather like ordinary irritation, e.g. after shaving - it is certainly not a burn with Sosnowski's hogweed. Perhaps you also scratched with branches in the forest - this will not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the implant. You can see that the wound heals and rather does not require consultation with a doctor. Dry and irritated skin should be cared for with emollients and preparations that contain omega 3 acids, allantoin or panthenol. And will this situation have any impact on the operation of the contraceptive implant?

The first picture is right after I scratched and the second is how it looks now.

You have not attached any photo, so it is impossible to answer. However, I recommend consulting a dermatologist or general practitioner to diagnose the skin lesion. Consultation with a specialist dermatologist is possible at the link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I recommend the entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/choroby-skory
