Can I take my vitamins and herbs in one go?

Good morning. I take these vitamins and herbs, can I take them at one time they are: cranberry tablets and with an admixture of vitamin C in the composition, magnesium from vit. B6, vitamin d, probiotic, niacin and butyric acid? I am most interested in whether these supplements do not interfere with the action of probiotics, because I have now started to rebuild the intestinal flora. I have already become a little interested in this topic and have not read that anything interferes with each other, but I would prefer to make sure among specialists. Best regards

Cranberries and Niacin can be taken with regard to food with water. Magnesium is worth taking at the same time as vit. D3, because it increases the absorption of magnesium. Preferably after a meal. The recommended dosage of butyric acid is 1 capsule twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. The probiotic is best taken in the evening, after dinner. Due to chronobiology, the probiotic will stay in the digestive tract longer and strains will be able to spread better.
