Can Femoston influence the bad work of the heart?

Can Femoston influence the bad work of the heart? For some time now, when I go to bed, my heart has been pounding terribly and I can not fall asleep. I'm at the stage of doing research but I wonder if these powders can be related to malaise?

The use of hormone replacement therapy (e.g. Femoston) is associated with a 1.3-3-fold increase in the risk of venous thromboembolism, i.e. the appearance of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, which may be accompanied by m.in accelerated heartbeat.
