Can the use of Trittico and Ketrel drugs be constantly tired and lack of rest and a sense of dullness?

After using a year of Tritico and Ketrel (Ketrel temporarily 3 days a week because he works part-time for three shifts) can there be a recurrence of insomnia and side effects such as constant fatigue and lack of rest and a sense of dullness? I've been struggling with the symptoms described above for a few good days

Yes, the symptoms described may be the result of the medications used. Simultaneous use of Trittico and Ketrrel can cause excessive drowsiness, impaired concentration, difficulty in performing intentional and precise movements. The risk of dangerous arrhythmias also increases. In the case of using such a combination, driving vehicles and other activities requiring increased psychomotor activity should also be avoided. If you experience pain in the heart area, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, fainting - you should contact your doctor. If you are concerned about the effects of medications, it is best to talk about it with the attending physician who is familiar with your state of health in detail.
