It is worth remembering to keep the basic rules of sleep hygiene in the child, which include: - not using electronic devices (TV, tablet, smartphone) at least 1-2 hours before the planned time of falling asleep, - ensuring appropriate conditions in the bedroom - covering the windows, appropriate temperature (about 21-21 degrees Celsius), no distracting devices (e.g. flashing lights, toys that even make a quiet sound), - gradual muting of the child in the evening, avoiding excessive stimuli (e.g. loud, intense games) - ensuring an adequate amount of physical activity in the open air during the day, e.g. a visit to the playground.
