Unfortunately, it is difficult to confirm. You have not written what patch you have applied, which basically makes it impossible to answer. Perhaps you are referring to the EVRA contraceptive patch. If so, please note that there is a transparent film on the surface of this patch and the photo looks as if you glued this film, not the actual patch.
