Mieloguard is a dietary supplement containing B vitamins, magnesium, folic acid, vitamin D3 and cytidine monophosphate and uridine monophosphate. It can be used as an adjunct to already conducted treatment - it is not a drug, and it has no documented therapeutic effect. However, it is designed to provide the necessary ingredients that can support the work of the nervous system.
