Can a stuffy nose be caused by the administration of Fluenz Tetra and how long can it last?

On Friday I vaccinated my son fluenz Tetra vaccine, on Sunday he got up with a stuck nose, it persists to this day (Monday). Is this a side effect of vaccination? How long can it take?
