Simpramol is a prescription drug, so the legitimacy and need for its use is assessed by the doctor. Do not use this preparation without consulting a doctor. The simultaneous use of Sympramol and Escitalopram may cause an increase in the side effects of Simpramol. There have also been several cases of serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome is manifested m.in confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. an increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. If the drugs were prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosage regimen. In case of vomiting, headaches and dizziness, fever, high blood pressure, convulsions, hallucinations, chills, fleeting sweats, impaired coordination of movements, anxiety, hyperactivity - the help of a doctor is necessary.
