How to take Neosne Duo correctly if I weigh 46kg?

The doctor prescribed me the drug neosine duo. She ordered to take 3 times a day but reading the leaflet I read that 50mg of inosine pranobex per kg of body weight per day falls out. I weigh 46kg. So according to the calculations, I should only take 2 tablets a day... And now I do not know how to dose :(

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the dosage in adults and the elderly is 1 tabl. 3 times a day. The maximum dose is 4 tabl. / day. The dose prescribed by the doctor does not exceed the maximum doses. So please follow your doctor's instructions. As a rule, the conversion into body weight is made in children, not in adults.
