Side effects of Naltrexon such as headache and insomnia are very common during therapy, with a frequency of no more than 1 patient in 10. There are no rules regarding how long side effects can last when using Naltrexone. Whether side effects will appear, whether they will persist throughout the treatment, whether they will disappear is an individual feature of a given organism.
