Yes, you can. There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the drugs listed in the question. Please note that iron preparations can cause gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, epigastric pain, constipation, diarrhea (less commonly). If you experience the above symptoms, please contact your doctor to adjust your dose.
