After sumamed, you should be given a whitish to yellow-white suspension (not a gel): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/75416/sumamed-granulat-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/apteki The consistency of the gel may indicate that the preparation is incorrect. Improperly prepared medicine should be disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations and a new powder pack should be purchased.
