Loose stool 24 hours before taking the contraceptive pill (i.e. shortly before taking the next pill) does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. The tablet taken 24 hours earlier has long since been absorbed and worked. This situation also does not affect the effect of the tablet that you will soon take.
