Dicortineff can be used for Inflammatory Bowel Disease. The drug has a local effect and enters the general circulation in negligible amounts. Therefore, the drug has no effect on the functioning of the intestines and can be safely used with other drugs. Paracetamol is also safe in this case. You can read about what painkillers can be combined with Eliquis here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/7350/eliquis-jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-mozna-stosowac-jednoczesnie-z-lekiem-eliquis With IBD, in addition to paracetamol, you can use over-the-counter metamizole, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65496/pyralgina-tabletki/apteki Or paracetamol in combination with codeine, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/5503/antidol-15-tabletki/apteki
