I do not fully understand why you used emergency contraception with properly secured intercourse (maybe you mean a different relationship than the one you write about in the first question?). Hormonal fluctuations and spotting can, of course, be the result of using the "tablet after", but I am not sure if at this point we are already talking about menstruation or ordinary spotting.
