The person authorized to issue prescriptions for reimbursed drugs is a person with the right to practice the profession, who has concluded a contract with the Provincial Branch of the NFZ for the provision of health care services. Pursuant to Article 2(14) of the Act on reimbursement of medicines and the Pharmaceutical Law.
