Can I use Cinnarizinum and Symformin XR 1000 mg together?

Can I take cinnarizinum and symformin xr 1000mg. Since I take cinnarizinum my weight is increasing, and it should be falling, and I am constantly walking drowsy, vogle without energy. Thank you in advance for your reply.
