Is it normal that there was no bleeding after discontinuation of Nuvaring?
I pulled out last night as recommended after 3 weeks of Nuvaring, but I still haven't started my period. If I don't start tomorrow or after tomorrow, don't worry? And put on a new ring after this 7-day break. Is this normal?

The absence of withdrawal bleeding may occur especially with the first month of using the Nuvaring vaginal disc. Is this your first use of this medicine? If you are sure that: - the disc was used correctly, - it was not temporarily outside the vagina, - this is the first time that you have not received withdrawal bleeding. There is no need to worry. However, if NuvaRing has not been used as directed and there is no expected withdrawal bleeding, or if the expected bleeding has not occurred twice, make sure that you are not pregnant before continuing to use the NuvaRing vaginal therapeutic system.
