Does the new regulation allow the marketing of semaglutide medicines outside pharmacies?

Does the regulation of the Ministry of Health of 36 July 2022 allow Semaglutidum to be marketed outside pharmacies?

In response to the great interest of patients, a non-reimbursed drug Ozempic from parallel imports appeared in pharmacies. The change in the marketing authorisation of semaglutide medicines coming into force with the new regulation applies only to pharmacy outlets, and not to all non-pharmacy outlets.
