Did I do the right thing by not taking an extra pill?

Hi, I do not really know if I did the right thing by not taking an extra tablet. I took the contraceptive pill in the morning as always but after 4 hours I gave a very loose stool then after 3 more hours I was in the toilet twice. To sum up, the first stool was after 4 hours with minutes and the next two almost 8 hours after taking the tablet. I didn't take a spare. The last relationship was 17 days ago and 11 days ago. When can I take the test?

I wanted to add that the whole situation took place at the beginning of the blister when I was also having sex not now. I have to have bleeding from withdrawal on Saturday, i.e. in 5 days.
