If there is haemodynamically insignificant mitral regurgitation, there are no contraindications to the use of Panadol Femina. The drug should be used in doses not exceeding the doses recommended by the manufacturer: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/59176/panadol-femina-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Contraindications to the use of Panadol Femina include m.in narrowing of the mitral valve outlet.
