Bradycardia can be a health risk regardless of whether it was triggered by medications or other factors. Bradycardia, i.e. too slow heart rhythm, may be associated with impaired concentration, weakness, less exercise tolerance, and in extreme cases leads to dizziness, shortness of breath and loss of consciousness. If too low a heart rate does not cause you any physiological symptoms, there is no reason to worry. There is no rigid numerical value at which bradycardia is diagnosed. It depends on the age of the patient, physical performance and even the time of day. If, on the other hand, you feel discomfort when using medications due to too slow heart work, you should consult your doctor to adjust the dose of the drug. I enclose an article related to the subject of your question: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/problemy-z-sercem I will also add that through GdziePoLek you can arrange an online medical consultation.
