Based on the analysis of the interaction - you should not combine these two drugs. This is due to the metabolism of both drugs by the same enzyme, which may result in unforeseen side effects associated with increased concentrations of the active substance in the body. The final risk assessment and possible decision to change the dosage should be made by the doctor. Quote from the leaflet: "Before taking Alvesco, tell your doctor if you are currently being treated for any fungal or viral infection with a medicine containing: - ketoconazole, - itraconazole (e.g. ITRAX), - ritonavir, - nelfinavir. These medicines may increase the effect of Alvesco, so the possibility of side effects cannot be completely excluded." https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/4039/alvesco-160-aerozol/ulotka/109596 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/38517/itrax-kapsulki/ulotka/120034
