You should be aware that the effect of sulpiride is not immediately visible. The time necessary to achieve the full therapeutic effect is an individual matter and may vary from patient to patient, but is usually 6-8 weeks. In case of severe panic attacks at the initial stage of sulpiride therapy, it is recommended to consult the attending physician, who will assess the legitimacy of the temporary inclusion of an additional drug supporting the action of sulpiride.
