Good morning A month ago I started using anticonceptic tablets...

Good morning A month ago I started using slinda contraceptive pills. I noticed that it began to spill me on my chin, I have such subcutaneous gules. Can it be so at the beginning of taking them? After what time does the body get used to hormones? One more pytanko, in the morning supplements omega 2, cod liver oil, vit d, rurinoscorbin, oeparol, cholispar and in the evening zinc. Does this affect the effectiveness of slinda?

Of course, you do not have to have side effects in the form of medium-cycle spotting/bleeding. When it comes to acne, I think you should wait until the next cycle and if the problem does not pass or worsens - then consider a change.

After the first pack of pinda I did not get bleeding so it can be on them right? (About a year ago, when I took them, I also had no bleeding)

Acne is one of the most common side effects when taking Slinda. It is difficult to say whether the body will get used to the hormone and acne will disappear, or the skin will improve only after discontinuation - e.g. side effects such as irregular spotting / bleeding often occur only in the first cycle of using the tablets, and later not, but in some patients they occur constantly, so then it is worth considering another method of contraception or tablets with a different composition. These preparations do not interact with Slinda. It is worth looking at the compositions of omega 3, fish oil, vitamin D and their doses - perhaps you unnecessarily take so many different capsules and can be replaced with one product. Adverse reactions can be reported directly to the Department of Monitoring Adverse Effects of Medicinal Products of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, Al. Jerozolimskie 181C, 02-222 Warsaw, I also encourage you to read the entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
