No. Candidiasis is a disease of fungal origin. In contrast, the drug Doxycycline is an antibiotic that is the basic component of antibacterial drugs. This compound is used to treat infections caused by microbes (bacteria). M.in respiratory tract infections, infections within the genitourinary system, gastrointestinal infections or skin and soft tissue infections.
