In this case, the use of the drug is safe, you should not expect a negative effect of Tramal on the liver. Tramal contains tramadol, a medicine classified as an opioid analgesic. This substance is transformed in the liver, however, the use of therapeutic doses of tramadol (in the described case, relatively small doses are used, far from the safe maximum dose) is not associated with the occurrence of drug-induced failure of this organ. Only an overdose of this drug can lead to acute liver failure. These liver aids can be used as an auxiliary and have no effect on the analgesic effect of Tramal. More information about preparations and substances that support liver function can be found in this article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/watroba.
